NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 006663 DIV D, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, SOLELY AS TRUSTEE AND NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY FOR THE HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED TRUST, SERIES INABS 2006-B UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and TATE J. UPHAUS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TATE UPHAUS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 21st day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15 AND THE WEST 5 FEET OF LOT 16, J.D. LAMB'S PLAT OF PARRISH, FLORIDA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1 PAGE 166, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
