NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 9, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-008471 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and JAMES CRAIG ALTIZER; MARTA ALTIZER; TENANT #1 N/K/A NORA MEIRAS are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 16th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
