DIACZK A/K/A ANDREW J. DIACZYK; JOSEPHINE R. DIACZYK A/K/A JO R. DIACZYK; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; STONEYBROOK AT HERITAGE HARBOUR COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; HERITAGE HARBOUR MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A MICHAEL DIACZK are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 16th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
