NOTICE is hereby given that, Clerk of Circuit and County Courts of Martin County, Florida, will on August 16, 2012, at 11:00 o'clock A.M., via electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclosure.com, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Manatee County, Florida. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to Manatee County Clerk of Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m., of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check:
(i) Lot 30, Block B, Braden River Lakes, Phase III, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 107, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; and (ii) Lot 15, Block A, Braden River Lakes, Phase III, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 107 through 110, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court in the above-styled cause.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
