NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 18, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-001737 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS, CWABS, INC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-10 is the Plaintiff and IRIS M. EASTMAN; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF IRIS M. EASTMAN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; MOTE RANCH HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1, and TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 23rd day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
