NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 11, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-006994 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 17th day of August, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING 240 FEET NORTH, 140 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF NORTHWEST 1/4 OF NORTHWEST 1/4, EAST 100 FEET, NORTH 75 FEET, WEST 100 FEET, SOUTH 75 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING, WITH A 25 FOOT EASEMENT ON THE WEST. APPEARS TO BE LOT 21 AND NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 22, OF UNRECORDED PLAT OF J.Q. LOGUE PROPERTY.
