NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 26, 2012 and a Final Summary Judgment dated May 23, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2011CA007919, DIVISION: B, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and THOMAS STEVELEY; BETH STEVELEY; TURNBERRY WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
R.B. “CHIPS” SHORE, the Clerk of Court, shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at an online public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 27th day of September, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 4, TURNBERRY WOODS AT CONQUISTADOR, SECTION 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1069, PAGES 1268 THROUGH 1329, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 119 THROUGH 120, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED PERCENTAGE INTEREST IN THE COMMON AREAS.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
