YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for removal of a trustee, breach of fidicuary duties, an accounting, declaratory judgment, and to determine issues regarding administration of a trust has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Charles F. Johnson, Blalock Walters, P.A., 802 11th Street West, Bradenton, Florida, 34205, on or before SEPTEMBER 10, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff or immediately thereafter otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
