NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41 2009 CA 004212 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and RICHARD A. WOCHINGER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 29th day of August 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 1203, RIVER PRESERVE, Phase I, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2023, Page 4209 through 4295, inclusive, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 33, Pages 154 through 158, inclusive, and as amended in Condominium Plat Book 34, Pages 118 through 122, inclusive, of Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
