NIEBLES, SR.; MARIA A. NIEBLES; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 107, AND ANY AMENDMENTS MADE THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. TOGETHER WITH THE RIGHT TO USE GARAGE NUMBER G 21, BY VIRTUE OF PARKING GARAGE ASSIGNMENT.
