NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 20, 2012 and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-001354-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and AMBER BAEZ; ASHLEY BAEZ; ASHLEY BAEZ, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF ERNEST J. BAEZ, JR. A/K/A ERNEST J. BEAZ, JR, DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST ERNEST J. BAEZ, JR. A/K/A ERNEST J.
