NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 1, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-004376-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein GSAMP TRUST 2006-FM3, is Plaintiff, and JORGE CIFUENTES, et.al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 28th day of August, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 84, BLOCK 1, SUNCOAST MEADOWS- INCREMENT ONE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
