Lots 3754 and 3755, South Venice, Unit No. 13, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 49 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 23rd day of August, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
