NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 16, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2010 CA 003626 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein SunTrust Bank is the Plaintiff and gary f kirkendall, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 20TH day of August, 2012 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 43, VILLA LE GRAND (f/k/a LESLIE PARK), PHASE VII, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1875, PAGE 497, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 26, PAGE 31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THEREOF AND THE APPURTENANCES THERETO.
