THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BC2 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and BRIAN W. RICHARDSON; THREE ANGELS TRANSPORT, INC.; CITY OF NORTH PORT, FLORIDA, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 22nd day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
