NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 5, 2012, and entered in Case No.: 2010 CA 003239 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida , wherein DLJ MORTGACE CAPITAL, INC is a Plaintiff and ROBERT MOREY, II A/K/A ROBERT C. MOREY II, is the Defendant, Karen E. Rushing as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 2000 Main Street Room 103, Sarasota Florida 34237, at 9:00 AM on August 9, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
That portion of Lot 27, Block “E”, Sorrento Shores, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 59 and 59A of the Public records of Sarasota County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Southeasterly line of said Lot 27 with the Southerly right of way line of Titian Drive; thence along a radial line, S40Ëš42'30”W 348.5 feet, more or less, to the approximate mean high water line of Blackburn Bay, to a point to be desigated as Point “A” for this description; thence re-begin at the previous point of beginning, being on a curve, concave to the Northeast, having a radius of 50.00 feet, and a delta angle of 56Ëš07'19”; whose center bears N40Ëš42'30”E, from said point; thence along said curve, also being the right of way line of Titian Drive, in a clockwise direction, an arc distance of 48.98 feet; thence leaving said right of way line, N46Ëš06'04”W, 67.71 feet; thence S44Ëš19'32”W, 360.00 feet, more or less to the approximate mean high water line of said Blackburn Bay; thence along said approximate mean high water line, in a Southeasterly direction, 133 feet, more or less, to the point previously designated as Point “A”.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
