Lot 1828, SARASOTA SPRINGS UNIT 15, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, at Page 45, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as set forth in the Declaration.
