Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 006031 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC. ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AHL2 is the Plaintiff and, WILLIAM MULHALL A/K/A WILLIAM L. MULHALL SR.; and REGIONS BANK; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S), N/K/A SHANNON ROHDE are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 A.M. on the 14th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 1, FLORA VILLA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
