NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 16, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 008210 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is Plaintiff and THE SUSAN E. SHUMWAY REVOCABLE TRUST; ERICK H. SHUMWAY; SUSAN E SHUMWAY; SUSAN E. SHUMWAY, AS TRUSTEE; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; STATE OF FLORIDA; ET AL; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclosue.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 21ST day of AUGUST, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 53, HARBOR ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 55 & 55A, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
