Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Postponing Sale and Rescheduling Sale dated July 6th 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2010 CA 008575 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein COLONIAL SAVINGS, F.A. is the Plaintiff, and JOHN M. BECK AND HEATHER M. BECK, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 4, Block 60 of 4th Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat book 11, pages 32, 32A-32H, of the public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 10th day of August, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
