NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on the 21st day of August 2012, at 9:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Sarasota County, Florida:
Lot 52, Siesta Cove, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 23, Pages 3, 3A and 3B, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
