U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE LXS 2006-12N is Plaintiff and HERCULANO C. CASTANEDA A/K/A HERCULANO CASTANEDA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HERCULALNO C. CASTANEDA A/K/A HERCULANO CASTANEDA; JUAN PABLO SANCHEZ A/K/A JUAN P. SANCHEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUAN PABLO SANCHEZ A/K/A JUAN P. SANCHEZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 17th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
