NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure” (the “Final Judgment”), entered in the above-styled action in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of Sarasota County will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, as described in the attached Exhibit “A,” to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on Thursday, August 16th, 2012, at 9:00 a.m.

Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block E, and the adjacent 1/2 of vacated Seeds Avenue, DAY TERMINALS, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 190 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

LESS AND EXCEPT the Northerly 20 feet of vacated Seeds Avenue reserved for road right of way, as shown in Resolution recorded in Official Records Book 1587, Page 1552 Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

ALSO LESS AND EXCEPT the Northerly 20 feet of Lots 4 and 5, Block E, conveyed to the County of Sarasota in Official Records Book 1608, Page 611, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

ALSO LESS AND EXCEPT the North 5.5 feet of Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block E, for right of way, as shown on Road Plat Book 3, Page 11, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
