THOMAS NAY, , if living and if deceased, any unknown party who may claim as heir, devisee, grantee, assignee, lienor, creditor, trustee or other claimant, by, through under or against J. THOMAS NAY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OFJ. THOMAS NAY; JOHN DOE; MARY DOE AND/OR ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; FIRST STATE BANK; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 20th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
WEST 1/2 OF LOT 5, LOT 6, THE EAST 19' OF LOT 7, AND N 1/2 OF VACATED ALLEY LYING SOUTH OF AND ADJACENT TO THE W 1/2 OF LOTS 5 AND 6 AND THE E 19' OF LOT 7, BLOCK 24, REVISED PLAT OF SIESTA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
