NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 58-2009-CA-016221 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein WACHOVIA MORTGAGE FSB is Plaintiff, and LEON SHULMISTER; MARY ANN SHULMISTER; FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN CORPORATION; GULF GATE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; and JOHN TENANT a/k/a RICHARD DOYLE are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 o'clock A.M. on August 21, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 13, Block 45, GULF GATE, UNIT 11, as per Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 8 Pages 20 and 20A of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
