Alternative Loan Trust 2006-OA7 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-OA7, Plaintiff and Aleksandr Selyuzhitskiy are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M., on August 15, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
