NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 24, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-015150 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. As Successor By Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP F/K/A Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP is the Plaintiff and FRED A. MINTON, RL JAMES, INC., GENERAL CONTRACTOR, FAIRWAY WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28 day of August, 2012 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 1602, of Fairway Woods Section One, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1765, at Pages 1634 through 1704, inclusive, and as per plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 24, Page 13, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, Together with any amendments thereof.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
