NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting the Foreclosure Sale dated the 18th day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 006578 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and JUAN C TRUJILLO; AMICA MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY, AS SUBROGEE OF GERTRUDE E. DICKSON, AND CHARLES E. DICKSON; CLERK OF THE COURTS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 22nd day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, BLOCK 410 OF NINTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE (S) 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
