NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 010718 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and STAN RUDNITSKY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STAN RUDNITSKY; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A TOMMY GRIECO; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 20th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 1855, THIRTY-NINTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 14 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
