NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 58-2009-CA-017565 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL J. ANDERSON; RUTH A. ANDERSON; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 24th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

The Easterly 1/2 of Lot 6, Block 69 of the original PLAT OF ENGLEWOOD, as said lot is shown by Plat dated September 1945 and attached to deed from J. E. Bartlett & Sons Inc. to R. G. Harter recorded in Deed Book 207, Pages 159 thru 161, subject to an easement over and across the Southerly 10 feet thereof for ingress and egress, said parcel being a portion of the South 1/2 of the North 1/2 of Block 69, PLAT OF ENGLEWOOD, as per Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book A, Page 29, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. TOGETHER with an easement over the Northerly 10 feet of Lots 3 and 7 and the Southerly 10 feet of Lot 2 and the Southerly 10 feet of the West 1/2 of Lot 6 of said Block 69 for ingress and egress.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
