NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 22nd day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 018549 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and ELINOR L. BISHOP; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; BAYWOOD COLONY SOUTHWOOD APARTMENTS I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A MARK NOONAN; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 21st day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1613, BAYWOOD COLONY SOUTHWOOD APARTMENT 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1379, PAGES 1975 THROUGH 2032, AS AMENDED AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 14, PAGES 38 AND 38A, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
