Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 30, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2011-CA-009980-NC in the County Court of Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DAVID L. CHRISTNER AS TRUSTEE OF THE SHANGRI-LA TRUST U/A/D 2-12-1998 is the Plaintiff, and DM OF SARASOTA, INC.; R.L. HELMS, and R.B. HELMS are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
Lot 3, City Industrial Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page(s) 85, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida and part of Lot 2, of said subdivision, being more particularly described as follows:

Begin at the Northwest corner of said Lot 2; thence South 88Ëš01' 42” East along the North line of said Lot 2, a distance of 200.00 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 2; thence North 88Ëš 56' 42” West 199.92 feet; thence due North along the East Right-of-Way line of Central Avenue (60 feet wide) 3.20 feet to the Point of beginning.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the online sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on September 4, 2012. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court. Final Payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
