NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 16, 2012, and entered in 2011 CA 009083 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and TRUNG NGUYEN A/K/A TRUNG T. NGUYEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TRUNG NGUYEN A/K/A TRUNG T. NGUYEN; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ROBERT SIMMONS; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A YOLANDA SNIPES are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on AUGUST 22, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK B, OF IRVINGTON HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
