NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 16, 2012, and entered in 2011 CA 007907 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida , wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and PAUL C. JESSUP A/K/A PAUL JESSUP; SHERRI JESSUP; CURRY CREEK OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on AUGUST 22, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 13, CURRY CREEK VILLAS, SECTION 1, PHASE IV, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1298, PAGE 1808, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 23, PAGE 21, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
