NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 019314 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and GARY PAUL HORTH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GARY PAUL HORTH; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENNANTS IN POSSESSION; SUNTRUST BANK; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 23rd day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1092, RIDGEWOOD ESTATES, 19TH AFFITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 38 THROUGH 38A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

LESS AND EXCEPT: A PORTION OF LOT 1092, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

COMMENCE AT THE POINT OF BEGINNING BEING THE INTERSECTION OF THE EXISTING EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF HONORE AVENUE (RIGHT-OF-WAY WIDTH VARIES) AND THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1092; THENCE ALONG EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF SAID HONORE AVENUE NORTH 01 DEGREES 29 MINUTES 13 SECONDS EAST TO THE NORTHERLY LOT LINE OF SAID LOT 1092 A DISTANCE OF 75.00 FEET; THENCE ALONG SAID LINE SOUTH 88 DEGREES 30 MINUTES 47 SECONDS EAST A DISTANCE OF 7.07 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 01 DEGREES 32 MINUTES 49 SECONDS WEST TO THE SOUTHERLY LOT LINE OF SAID LOT 1092 A DISTANCE OF 75.00 FEET; THENCE ALONG SAID LINE NORTH 88 DEGREES 30 MINUTES 47 SECONDS WEST A DISTANCE OF 6.99 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
