BANKUNITED, ASSIGNEE OF THE FDIC, AS RECIEVER FOR BANKUNITED, FSB. is Plaintiff and MATTHEW METZ; DENISA METZ; CURRENT RESIDENTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; HOME EQUITY OF AMERICA, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 23rd day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1413, LAKE SARASOTA, UNIT NO.15, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 21 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
