NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 006781 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR27, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR27 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and DARLENE KOWALCZYK; JOSEPH KOWALCZYK; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR AEGIS WHOLESALE CORPORATION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 23rd day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 37, VENICE EAST, THIRD ADDITION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 23, 23A AND 23B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
