NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 009196 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and CHARLES BRUMFIELD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLES BRUMFIELD; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST MAGNUS FINANCIAL CORPORATION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 23rd day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK D, SUBDIVISION OF LOT 85, PLAT OF ENGLEWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
