NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 58-2010-CA-003536 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 22nd day of August, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. online at the website: https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 14, OF VILLAGE OAKS, SECTION B, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1670, AT PAGE 1791, AND AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 22, PAGES 20 THROUGH 20J, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
