Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 24, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 10-CA-021640, in the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and MARY N. BOLEN, et al., are the Defendants, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 1904, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF RIVER OAKS CONDOMINIUM II, BUILDING 19, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 54, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED JUNE 12, 1981, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3817, PAGE 512 THROUGH 584, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
