NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-009323 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and JEROME ELLIOTT A/K/A JEROME D. ELLIOTT, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 02:00 PM on the 2nd Floor, Room 201/202, THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 2, HEATHER LAKES UNIT XIV A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
