NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-018434 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and JAIMINEE B. PATEL, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 2nd Floor, Room 201/202, THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 110, Building 100, THE ENCLAVE AT RICHMOND PLACE, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 16090, Page 1252, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
