NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 23, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-016684 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and GEORGE MERKEL, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 2nd Floor, Room 201/202, THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 60, BLOCK 6, COUNTRY PLACE, UNIT III-B, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 33 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
