NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 2, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-588 DIV D UCN: 292010CA000588XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWMBS, INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2006-8 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-8 is Plaintiff and MOIRA O. FREEMAN; THOMAS STANLEY FREEMAN, III; CITIBANK, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO CITIBANK, FSB; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 2:00 p.m. on the 21 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
lot21, and the southwesterly one half of lot 20, block 28 of davis islands, the biscayne section, as per map or plat thereof as recorded in plat book 17, page(s) 9, of the public records of hillsborough county, florida. said southwesterly one half of lot 20 being all that part of said lot lying westerly of a line joining the mid points of the front and rear boundaries of said lot 20.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
