NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-CC-027058, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PANTHERS TRACE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and LYNETTE MCDONALD, UNKNOWN TENANT are Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on the 14th day of September, 2012, at 2:00 p.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 23, Block 10, of PANTHER TRACE PHASE 1A, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 93, Page(s) 49, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
