G of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., Plaintiff, and, HENRY BORGES, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 800 E. Edgecomb Courthouse 800 E. Twiggs Street Tamp, FL. at the hour of 2:00 PM on the 12th day of September 2012, the following described property:
LOT 167, BLOCK 1, TIMBERLANE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
