NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2011-CA-008470 DIV H of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., Plaintiff, and, ROBERT LEON, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at George E. Edgecomb Courthouse 800 E. Twiggs Street Tampa, FL. at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 13th day of September 2012, the following described property:
LOT 4, BLOCK 6, COPPERFIELD TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGE 02, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN PARCEL “A”, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. BEING THAT PARCEL OF LAND CONVEYED TO JENNY ROSABAL, A SINGLE WOMAN FROM CRAIG M. POTTER, AN MARRIED MAN, JOINED BY HIS WIFE KAREN M. POTTER BY THAT DEED DATED 12/27/2005 AND RECORDED 01/09/2006 IN DEED BOOK 15972 AT PAGE 908 OF THE HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL PUBLIC REGISTRY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
