H of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP , Plaintiff, and, THOMAS C BRYANT, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at George E. Edgecomb Courthouse 800 E. Twiggs Street Tampa, FL. at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 13th day of September 2012, the following described property:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
