Notice is given that under a Final Judgment dated July 3, 2012 in Case No. 10-CA-7830 in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is Plaintiff and Quickdraw Designs Incorporated, Johnny W. Moore, Jr., Barbara Moore, and Balm Riverview Office Park Owners' Association, Inc., are Defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, 2nd Floor, Rooms 201/202, Tampa, Florida 33602, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on August 23, 2012, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment:

LOT 4, OF BALM-RIVERVIEW OFFICE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 108, PAGE 5 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Together with all buildings and improvements now or hereafter erected on the Land; (iii) all fixtures attached to the Land or any buildings or improvements situated thereon; and (iv) all estates, rights, tenements, hereditaments, privileges, rents, issues, profits easements, and appurtenances of any kind benefiting the Land; all means of access to and from the Land, whether public or private; and all water and mineral rights.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
