Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 24, 2012 in Case No. 2011-CA-016775 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which YAWER M. NENSEY and TASNEEM Y. NENSEY are Defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale the real property in Hillsborough County, Florida and described as:
NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, less the North 25 feet, and less the South 420 feet of the East 525 feet, and less the South 525 feet of the North 550 feet of the East 185 feet of the West 420 feet, and less the South 185 feet of the North 210 feet of the East 105 feet of the West 525 feet, and less the South 420 feet of the North 445 feet of the West 185 feet, and less the South 525 feet of the North 970 feet of the West 185 feet, and less R/W on East for Gallagher Road, and less the East 50 feet of the West 235 feet for road, and less the South 420 feet of the North 970 feet of the East 135 feet of the West 420 feet of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 18, Township 28 South, Range 21 East, lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida.
The sale will be held on September 21, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida in accordance with § 45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
